In today’s digital marketing world almost everything is done by email, text messages, and even robots!

Remember the old AT&T commercial “Reach out and Touch Someone”. For those that don’t, it’s about picking up the phone, calling your friends, family, and in our case calling customers, which result in a feeling of happiness. I think all of our business goals are to make our customers happy right?

For most, that telephone call has been taken over by digital marketing methods such as mailchimp newsletters, surveymonkey surveys, and CRM’s (customer relationship manager programs) like Salesforce and Zoho.

Customer Response 2: Thanks for the call Eric, as a matter of fact you can help us. I have an order that I need to place.

AVA: Yes of course Mr. Smith. Let me transfer you to your account manager, or one of my customer service team members, who will be happy to assist you.
