Do You Have A Website But Don’t Know How To Use It?

Last year I was the president of the BayFront Chamber of Commerce, and being an owner of a marketing company, I quickly realized that the chamber’s website was updated and maintained  by the web design company, and was shocked on how much the chamber was paying.

The biggest part of the problem was that the chamber did not know how to update and maintain  their website because it was built on WordPress which can be very complicated for a lot of users.

Here at AVA, we will explain the different website options, WordPress, Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, and the list goes on, but most importantly we allow the customer to decide which is best for them.

I recommend platforms like Weebly, Wix, and Squarespace if the customer wants to manage their own site because they are simple, drag and drop, and easy to use.  Perfect for business owners that want to manage their own site or don’t have the budget to hire someone to manage for them.

WordPress different story.  Wordpress has all the bells and whistles, but very complicated to manage unless you are experienced with WordPress.

Bottomline, Don’t get trapped by a graphic designer and find yourself with a website that you don’t know how to manage.  The Weebly’s and Wix’s are still powerful and will work for most businesses.

Feel free to contact me, and let me know what you want your site to do for you, and I’ll help you with options and get you started.
